I hired Thorsen Construction Company to do a $400,000+ renovation on my home in Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia. I was very satisfied with their performance. I can't think of a single case when you didn't stand by your word. Equally important, I feel that you always treated me fairly in dealing with the grey areas of the contract. I would single out Jim Davis, your project manager, for special praise. His can do attitude and up-beat personality made him a delight to work with. He was always easy to reach, responsive to my calls and most important always got the job done. He set a high standard for everyone. I frequently pass your project on Marlan Drive, and have been watching the work with some interest.
Coincidentally, one of the local building inspectors is a personal friend, and inspects in this area. We had a conversation several weeks ago, and quite without my mentioning it, he volunteered that the work your firm is doing on the Marlan Drive property is "excellent...right on schedule and well done." - Diane
